E COMMERCE SOLUTIONS KENYA Plan a week of business content A free workbook for Kenyan business owners and creators Use your customers' real questions to plan useful content for WhatsApp Status, Instagram or Facebook. This gives you seven starting points. Choose a posting pace you can keep up with; you do not have to publish every day. SET ONE BUSINESS GOAL This week I want people to: [ask about a product / enquire about a service / understand what I offer] Product or service to focus on: ____________________ Who it is for: ____________________ Question my customers keep asking: ____________________ Channel where I already reach them: ____________________ How interested customers can contact me: ____________________ GATHER YOUR FACTS Write a helpful answer to that customer question using your own experience. Add the product or service details, current KES price if relevant, and any confirmed location or delivery information. List photos, demonstrations or examples you have permission to share. Leave out private customer information. ________________________________________________________ YOUR SEVEN POST STARTING POINTS Monday - Answer a question: Give the useful answer first. Invite a follow-up question. Tuesday - Show the process: Explain how you prepare, make or deliver your work. Show an approved photo if available. Wednesday - Share a practical tip: Help someone use, choose or care for what you sell. Invite them to save the tip. Thursday - Help people choose: Explain who a product or service suits and what they should check before buying. Friday - Explain the offer: State what is included and the confirmed price. Make the enquiry step clear. Saturday - Show the person behind the work: Share a real lesson or the reason you offer this service. Keep it specific. Sunday - Listen: Ask one question about what your audience needs help with next. OPTIONAL AI PROMPT Create seven short post drafts using the plan and facts below. Audience: [your customers] Business goal: [your one goal] Channel: [WhatsApp Status, Instagram or Facebook] Verified facts and source idea: [paste your notes] Language and tone: [how you normally speak to customers] Contact method: [a real, working contact option] For each draft, give an opening, a short body, a suggested image I could supply and one relevant next step. Keep WhatsApp Status text especially brief. Vary the purpose of each post using the seven starting points above. Use only my facts. Do not invent testimonials, results, offers, discounts, limited stock or deadlines. Ask me for anything missing. Do not promise that a post will produce sales. BEFORE PUBLISHING [ ] Facts, KES prices, availability and contact details are current. [ ] Each post helps the reader understand or do something. [ ] Photos, examples and quotes are approved for use.
